The Corcoran District Hospital Board represents a commitment to improving health outcomes through rigorous assessment of health status, and adoption of related implementation strategies to address priority health needs. 

The goals of this assessment are to:

Engage public health and community stakeholders.

Assess and understand the community’s health issues and needs.

Understand the health behaviors, risk factors, and social determinants that impact health.

Identify community resources and collaborate with community partners.

Use findings to develop an implementation strategy based on the collective prioritized issues.

The Corcoran District Hospital Board will use the survey results and other information to help identify issues which can be addressed in the health district or through community action.
